 The Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup took place during the sixth day of HRH Prince Harry's visit to the United States at Greenwich Polo Club on May 15, 2013 in Greenwich, Connecticut. Prince Harry as one of the founding Patrons of Sentebale will be undertaking engagements on behalf of charities with which the Prince is closely associated on behalf also of HM Government, with a central theme of supporting injured service personnel from the UK and US forces.

 Mixing and matching her high street with her designer, Olivia Palermo styled up another winning look as she headed out in New York with Mr. Butler.Working a cute Daisies print jacket from Tibi, a top from Kelly Wearstler , the fashionista added her favourite Zara city shorts and cool black patent brogues. A major hit of colour was delivered by her Louis Vuitton tote, while Wunderkind cats eyes sunnies and a glossy updo added extra polish to her look. Love it!

Later in the day Olivia changed the brogues with Christian Louboutin boots for a photoshoot with Johannes Huebl in DUMBO.

Olivia Palermo was spotted looking as stylish as ever at MOMA PS1 in New York City for the Volkswagen dinner. She mixed up luxe and budget-friendly lines by wearing a striped Zara jacket and belt, Tibi top, Topshop skirt, Aquazzura heels and a Miss Dior Clutch.

These are the characteristics of the true IT-Girl. Anybody interested in fashion who surfs the net flicking through fashion blogs can’t but be familiar with stylish Olivia Palermo.

She was born in Greenwich, Connecticut but grew up in the Upper East Side, New York and is the definition of the perfect Gossip Girl: beautiful, socialite and trend-setter.
Until a few years ago, only few were familiar with her name. The turning point came in 2008 when she was invited to take part in the cast of The City, a spin-off of the famous reality show, The Hills, “only to familiarize myself with acting”, she explains.
Just enough to be nominated the new queen of street style by the online shopping mecca Asos and to become the face of Hogan. Following that, she created a capsule collection, launched a fashion blog where she posts her outfits providing fashion tips and her name is among the ones receiving the highest number of hits across the world.

To me fashion is about one’s individuality and personality.  I don’t always create my outfits in details. I follow my instinct-Olivia Palermo.

The instinct she mentions being that natural ability to make style appear as something attainable by everybody. Quite simple when “everybody” means a tall, slender girl with lovely wavy hair who is also a socialite.
